Plate Processing
Plasma, laser and oxy cutting
Our advanced steel plate processing includes plasma, laser and oxy-cutting.
We can plasma cut all plate products, including mild steel and quench and tempered 3200mm W x 12000mm L. Our laser cutting capability includes mild steel grades 250 and 350 and steel components of up to 1500 x 3000 bed size, cut up to 20mm thick and to tolerances in line with industry standards.
Our oxy-cutting delivers precise cuts through thick steel plates with a neat finish. Our CNC capability enables us to precision cut all plate products, including carbon and low alloy steels, mild steel and quenched and tempered steel up to a maximum size of 3200mm W x 12000mm L.
